Please include a clear subject and enough non-sensitive context for us to understand the request. We do not provide emergency shipping support and cannot guarantee a response before a carrier or customs deadline.
Before contacting us
CommercialInvoice.org is an independent document tool, not a carrier, customs authority, customs broker, law firm, or tax adviser. We cannot determine the correct HS code, customs value, duty, admissibility, or destination-specific requirement for a shipment.
For shipment acceptance, tracking, clearance, tariff classification, or legal questions, contact your carrier, customs broker, relevant government authority, or qualified professional.
Protect your information
Do not email completed invoices, identification documents, payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive personal or commercial information unless it is necessary for your request. We will never ask for your account password or full payment-card details.
Email messages are processed by the sender's and recipient's email providers and may be retained according to their policies. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Legal and privacy enquiries
Use the same email address and include Privacy Request or Legal Enquiry in the subject line. We may need reasonable information to understand or verify a request, but please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested.
